1. Returns Eligibility

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products bought on discounts or sales
Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
Products that show signs of use or wear
3. Return Process

Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after:
The product is received and inspected by our team
It meets the return conditions
Once approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
